Responsibilities
* Consult customers and internal account teams on digital solutions throughout the sales cycle, including RFI/RFQ and QBR stages.
* Conduct training sessions and share knowledge with Air Logistics colleagues and other customer‑facing staff.
* Manage consulting projects using Digital Solutions methodologies and support supply chain design initiatives.
* Execute smooth handovers from consulting to implementation in line with agreed processes.
* Identify opportunities for upselling technology to improve customer loyalty and internal efficiencies.
* Gather customer feedback, collaborate with IT and product teams, and contribute to solution development.
* Drive process efficiency and implement improvements to enhance ease of doing business.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred in supply chain management or related field.
* 3+ years experience in solution consulting, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
* Affinity and experience with innovative technology, data, and automation.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
* Strong ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment.
* Customer‑centric mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* A passion for technology and continuous improvement.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
