As the Assistant to our Chief Executive, you will be educated on the company, our services and the market. You will also be provided with full training on how to execute the role effectively. The role: Telesales - to undertake proactive outbound calls, building excellent relationships with our established customers. .To manage inbound customer service calls, queries and offer guidance where required. To retain and grow established customers by understanding their needs. Respond to customer enquiries, efficiently and within timescales. Support with the management and development of the opportunities pipeline. Maintain and update the customer database. To work closely with the existing Senior Management, administration and procurement teams. Proactively work with other areas of the Group to maximise new business opportunities. Requirements: Knowledge of print technologies would be beneficial but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competent in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel. Strong work ethic and a team player. Excellent attention to detail. You are confident and ready to hit the ground running. You are personable and capable of developing relationships with suppliers and customers. Ability to work fulltime at our Bolton based office.
