Join a high-profile public sector programme driving strategic change and value for citizens. As a Benefits Manager, you\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that investment decisions deliver measurable outcomes. You\'ll lead benefits management activities across the project lifecycle—from shaping strategy and mapping benefits to tracking realisation and reporting impact.
* Day rate: £550-600p/d
* 12 month duration
* Hybrid working on site across either: Central London, Milton Keynes or East Kilbride
Key Responsibilities
* Lead benefits planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with business case outcomes
* Define and implement benefits management strategies and realisation plans
* Facilitate workshops to map, validate, and challenge benefit assumptions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure benefits are understood, owned, and maximised
* Set up systems for tracking and reporting benefits using digital tools and data standards
* Analyse data to assess impact and drive continuous improvement
* Engage with portfolio offices to ensure consistency and avoid double counting
What You\'ll Bring
* Proven experience in benefits management within complex programmes
* Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
* Ability to work across delivery teams and influence strategic outcomes
* Familiarity with public sector methodologies and governance
* Confidence using digital tools and data to support benefit tracking and analysis
