We're Hiring: 2 x Multi-Skilled Plumbers (12-Month Fixed-Term Contracts)
Salary: £39,967 + Excellent Benefits

Due to significant growth and recent large property acquisition, we're excited to announce two newly created 12-month fixed-term contracts within our Direct Labour Operation (DLO). We're looking for experienced, multi-skilled plumbers who are passionate about delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
* Carry out a variety of plumbing and general maintenance tasks to a high standard, aiming for first-time fixes.
* Multi-Trade experience, with a Carpentry bias (Kitchen/Bathroom fitting experience) is preferred.
* Represent Paradigm professionally in customers' homes, ensuring a respectful and courteous approach.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, reporting any concerns promptly.
* Manage van stock efficiently and minimise material waste.
* Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
* Support apprentices and team members with guidance and mentoring.
* Participate in our on-call rota to provide essential out-of-hours support (not essential)
What You'll Bring
* Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Carpentry or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience as a plumber, with additional skills in carpentry, ideally including kitchen and bathroom fitting, door hanging, and general woodwork repairs.
* A full UK driving licence (preferably clean).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
* A sound understanding of health and safety practices.
