Role Purpose
The Healthcare Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business growth across Bender UK’s healthcare portfolio within Ireland. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and converting new opportunities, building relationships across electrical contractors, healthcare estates, and clinical stakeholders. Operating in a predominantly new business ("hunter") capacity, the role works across the full sales lifecycle, engaging customers early, developing opportunities, and securing orders, while supporting longer‑term relationship development across key healthcare accounts.
