What you’ll be doing:
* Taking ownership of your own projects, while also driving key elements of larger programmes
* Working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver change
* Coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues to help them grow
* Spotting opportunities to improve ways of working and introducing smarter, more efficient approaches
* Acting as a trusted advisor on how best to deliver transformation
About you
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* Solid experience delivering change and transformation projects, ideally within professional services
* A good grasp of project management and change management practices
* A Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is highly desirable
* Strong leadership and communication skills, able to inspire confidence, build relationships, and influence at all levels
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery
