We are expanding and looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant with experience recruiting TA, HR, L&D, EA/PA or other people-centric roles who wants to specialise in supplying internal talent to recruitment companies.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant in our People & Talent division, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing high-calibre Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR professionals into recruitment agencies.
You will:
* Source and engage candidates – proactively reaching out to active and passive TA/L&D/HR professionals, qualifying suitability, understanding motivations and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
* Provide expert candidate consultancy – supporting candidates through the interview process, advising on market conditions and offering career guidance.
* Manage candidate interviews – coordinating and preparing candidates for interviews with clients.
* Generate new business – using market knowledge, lead generation and relationship-building to develop new client partnerships.
* Grow and manage your desk – nurturing long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
* Leverage references and market intel to open new client opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
You must have experience in recruitment, ideally in HR / People / Talent Acquisition recruitment OR EA/PA / Business Support / other people-focused recruitment specialisms.
