Estimating Manager Are you ready to lead a dynamic estimating team and play a vital role in winning exciting projects We're looking for an Estimating Manager to take ownership of our Internal Sales function, ensuring competitive, value-driven proposals and excellent client relationships. What You'll Do: Manage and motivate a small team of estimators. Oversee and prioritise enquiries to deliver accurate, timely proposals. Work closely with Business Developers on major projects and key accounts. Maintain strong client relationships, supporting technical enquiries. Monitor KPIs, margins, and delivery timelines to keep projects on track. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in estimating, commercial or industrial Strong organisational and communication skills. Commercially aware, highly numerate, and detail-focused. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Confident working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
