Job Description
Senior Urban Designer to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary £45,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6:00pm.
Duties:
* Feasibility layouts from 10-1000 homes
* Landscape-led masterplans, primarily focused on residential delivery
* Outline planning applications
* Reserved Matters and Detailed applications
* Carrying out site xsngvjr visits and appraisals
* Writing reports/DAS's
