* East Children & Family- Based at Sir Henry Mitchell House, Bradford City Centre
* K & S: Children & Family Team- Based at Keighley Town Hall, Keighley
* South Children & Family: Based at Sir Henry Mitchell House, BradfordWorking Model: Bradford (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office)Contract: Full-Time Permanent Salary: (£38,220 - £46,142 per annual)Additional Benefits: £3,000 Retention Payment
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings
* Undertake high-quality assessments and develop effective care plans
* Progress cases through Pre-Proceedings and Public Law Outline (PLO) where required
* Work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
* Ensure all practice is child-centred, timely, and in line with statutory requirements
About You
We are looking for Social Workers who:
* Have experience within Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings
* Are confident working within Pre-Proceedings / PLO
* Demonstrate strong assessment, analysis, and decision-making skills
* Are resilient and able to manage complex and demanding caseloads
* Are committed to delivering relational, child-focused practice
Working Arrangements
* Hybrid working model
* Minimum 3 days per week in the office
* Flexible full-time or part-time (18.5 hours) options available

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least 2 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration.
* Driving license and access to own vehicle.
