What You Will Do An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, highly motivated and flexible Administrative Assistant to join our Occupational Health and Safety Team based at Ailsa Hospital. Working with Health and Safety Service, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the team, with responsibility for the administration of OH&S course bookings in relation to service training delivery. The administrative recording and updating for the automated Lone Worker monitoring system, preparation of confidential letters and audit reports as required by professional advisors, Report on behalf of the Head of Occupational Health and Safety, injuries, OH physician-diagnosed occupational diseases, and dangerous occurrences to the Health and Safety Executive, as appropriate, to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Regulations.
