As a Service Controller, you will: Lead and Inspire:
Manage a team of engineers by understanding customer requests, prioritizing needs, and ensuring timely actions. Optimize Fleet Availability:
Ensure inspections, repairs, and maintenance are performed promptly, keeping all data up-to-date. Maximize Productivity:
Plan jobs effectively to enhance engineer productivity and asset utilization. Drive Quality Control:
Implement 5-star contamination control practices through audits and operational best practices. Communicate Effectively:
Liaise with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. Manage Work Orders:
Open and close work orders accurately to maximize billing accuracy. Enhance Safety:
Identify opportunities for safety improvements and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Engage Your Team:
