Estimator – Commercial / Fit-Out Projects
Location: Laindon (Office-based, Monday to Friday)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
We are currently recruiting for an Estimator to join a growing, family-run commercial construction business based in Laindon. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with a strong commercial or fit-out background to join a company known for its great office culture and supportive team environment.
The Estimator Role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing a wide range of commercial and fit-out projects. The successful Estimator will work closely with the wider team, reviewing drawings, preparing tenders and supporting the business as it continues to grow.
Estimator Responsibilities

Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial and fit-out projects
*
Reviewing and interpreting drawings and tender information
*
Pricing tenders and supporting all estimating activities
*
Ensuring all estimates are completed accurately and submitted on time
*
Working closely with the team to support project planning and delivery
Estimator Requirements
*
Proven experience as an Estimator within commercial construction and/or fit-out
*
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project pricing
*
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
*
Confident using estimating software and Microsoft Office
