Location: Cruckton, Shrewsbury Full-time & Part-time roles | £12.60 per hour plus £40 sleep-in |Up to £32,552 (including sleep-ins) What You’ll Do as a Residential Care Worker: Build positive, supportive relationships with young people aged 5 –18 Assist with daily routines such as self-care, household tasks, and emotional wellbeing Encourage development through structured activities, and community engagement Promote independence and choice while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment Work as part of a team who have high expectations around the care we deliver C ommunicate with families and professionals Full time positions f ollow a 2-on / 4-off shift pattern, plus part-time options (60, 90, or 120 hrs/month) which are more flexible around shift patterns Essential Requirements: Compassion, patience, caring, and a genuine desire to help A calm and reliable nature in challenging situations Willingness to complete (fully funded) QCF Level 3 training A true passion for supporting and inspiring children to thrive A full UK manual driving licence is desirable but not essential If you're ready to make a lasting impact in a role that’s both rewarding and meaningful, we’d love to hear from you!
