Job Title: Residential Support Worker – Children’s Services Location: Totton Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 sleep-ins Contract Type: Full time – (Days, Evenings, Weekends, Bank Holidays) Requirements Must have the right to live and work in the UK Must be a driver Must be able to work long shifts, including evenings and weekends Previous experience working with children or in a residential care setting is desirable Willingness to work towards Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (if not already held) About the role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing consistent, high-quality care in a children’s residential setting. You’ll help create a safe, stable, and supportive home environment that enables young people to thrive emotionally, socially, and practically.
