Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Manager will be extremely motivated, and career driven with experience in the current salesmarket.
Responsibilities
* Grow volume of new sales business and income production to the branch.
* Appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties.
* Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division.
* Accountable quality of customer care.
* Meet and exceed targets for lettings business.
* Register, qualify and manage applicants.
* Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
* To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
* Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties.
* To implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
* Develop the core business in the branch.
* Carry out monthly 1-2-1s with staff.
Skills required
* Previous experience within a Senior Sales position, with a proven track record in securing new business.
* Listing & valuation experience.
* Excellent sales ability.
* High level of customer service skills.
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
* The ability to negotiate.
* Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
* Be responsive to change.
