We are partnering with an industry-leading organisation in search of a skilled Dynamics CE/CRM Consultant with a strong background in Field Service solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients to implement, configure, and optimise Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to their Field Service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement, configure, and optimise Dynamics 365 CE with a focus on Field Service capabilities
* Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions
* Provide support in managing full project lifecycles, from design through to deployment
* Assist with training and user enablement to ensure the successful adoption of the platform
* Troubleshoot issues and provide expert advice on system improvements
* Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to drive client success
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service solutions
* Strong understanding of CRM implementation and configuration
* Experience in consulting roles, ideally in a client-facing environment
* Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
* Strong communication skills and the ability to present to stakeholders
* Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements
* Certifications in Dynamics 365 (preferred, but not essential)
