ACCOUNT MANAGER - BRISTOL

ACCOUNT MANAGER DESCRIPTION
As an Account Manager at Amdaris, your role is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across your client base to ensure the renewal, replacement, and growth of revenue across your portfolio. You will achieve this in close collaboration with the delivery teams to ensure a one-team approach. The below is therefore required:

* A creative thinker that is determined to achieve the impossible and eager to find solutions to any challenges that may arise in the process of expanding or maintaining revenue numbers.
* A confident negotiator that is comfortable leading conversations about uplifts in margin and rate cards
* An expert at stakeholder mapping with a good understanding of how to utilise each to ensure the best outcome for the business

Your role as Account Manager is as integral internally as it is externally. The same skillset is required to manage internal stakeholders and help inform the business in the appropriate ways. As you are instrumental to the growth within Amdaris, you must therefore be able to thrive in a fast paced, demanding and frequently evolving environment.
ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Relationships: External
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels in your client portfolio
* Spend 2 days a week on client site for relationship building
* Arrange, prepare, and lead weekly reviews
* Arrange, prepare, and lead in person monthly reviews
* Arrange, prepare, and lead in person Quarterly Business Reviews
* Carry out consultancy exercises in close collaboration with the Business Solutions team to uncover ways in which Amdaris can further support our clients
* Facilitate the process of completing client proposals for net new opportunities in close collaboration with the Commercial, Delivery, Technology, Business Solutions teams.
* Understand client value / goals and work closely with our delivery teams to ensure these are understood consistently
* Lean heavily on existing referrals to expand Amdaris’s influence in your existing projects and portfolio.
Internal
* Build strong relationships with the Heads of Department across all Amdaris functions through the reliability of your professional brand.
* Work closely with Portfolio Directors and Delivery Leads assigned to each client project to ensure transparency, alignment, and quality of our governance responsibilities.
* Create and maintain sales account plans on a quarterly basis to inform the business and its functions of particular market trends, upcoming renewals, and growth opportunities.
2. Commercial:
* Create and maintain a renewal’s plan for your existing portfolio and inform the business of potential risks to revenue along with solutions to maintain it.
* Create a robust plan to increase profit margins across your portfolio over a 12-month period and execute it.
* Create a robust sales territory plan to inform the business of ways in which you plan to achieve the necessary % of expansion across your portfolio.
3. Data:
* Understand the value of accurate data for a fast-paced business and in particular the importance of timeliness of updates across relevant departments
* Operate with a mature forecasting mentality
* Always know your numbers
* Work with sales operations to find interesting and fun ways to leverage data for commercial purposes
ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
A proven record of accomplishment of the following will be required:
* Working in a fast paced and demanding environment
* A renewal success rate of 90% and above
* Building relationships with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, Heads of Division, Technical Directors, and CTOs
* Managing multiple complex issues at once with the same level of urgency
* Dealing with unhappy and demanding clients
* Approaching leaders of the business with ideas, solutions to an issue
* Creative and independent thinking
* Comfort in regularly being pushed out of one’s comfort zone
* A strong professional brand
Technical and/or delivery knowledge is not required but a high-level understanding will be viewed as an advantage.
