Care Assistant – Cwmbran
£14.40 – £15.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting experienced Care Assistants to join our growing agency team in Cwmbran. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated and compassionate carers looking for flexible agency work within care homes, nursing homes, and supported living environments.
Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality personal care and support to service users
* Assisting with moving and handling in line with care plans and safety procedures
* Administering medication in line with policies and procedures
* Supporting residents with daily living activities including washing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
* Monitoring and recording patient wellbeing and reporting any concerns
* Promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times
* Working effectively as part of a team and following care plans
* Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months’ UK-based care experience
* Experience with moving and handling
* A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
* Good communication skills
