Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance.
Utilise various recruitment channels to attract diverse and high-calibre candidates.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records.
Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies during the hiring process.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
Build and manage stakeholder relationships across the businessProfile
A successful Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:
Proven experience in talent acquisition within the Industrial / Manufacturing/Engineering industry or similar sectors.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from £50-60k
Fixed-term contract 12 months
Based onsite in Keighley 3 days per week
