We are recruiting on behalf of a renowned motorsport and automotive restoration specialist who are seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight, analysis and strategic support across their operations.
The Role

Their work spans bespoke builds, rally and race support, and complex restoration projects – all underpinned by technical precision and true motorsport pedigree.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with engineering, operations, commercial and project teams to deliver accurate financial analysis and forecasting.

Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost control processes, ensuring projects remain aligned with performance and commercial objectives.

Provide insight on project performance, identifying risks, opportunities and efficiency improvements.
*
Present complex financial data in a clear and actionable way for non-finance stakeholders.
*
Support project accounting, variance analysis and cost tracking across builds, restorations and motorsport activities.
About You:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong business partnering experience.
*
Background in motorsport, automotive engineering, restoration or other technical, project-based industries is highly desirable.
*
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel knowledge.
*
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
*
Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
