We're currently working with a Civil Engineering Contractor in the East Midlands who are looking to hire their first Lead Bid Writer. As the company’s first dedicated Lead Bid Writer, you will take full ownership of the bid and tender submission process, working closely with Directors, Estimators and Operational teams to produce high-quality, compelling submissions. Key responsibilities will include: * Managing the end-to-end bid process from PQQ/SSQ through to ITT submission * Writing, editing and coordinating high-quality tender responses tailored to client requirements * Collaborating with operational, commercial and technical teams to gather relevant content and technical input * Reviewing tender documentation and identifying key deliverables, risks and win themes * Developing and maintaining a central content library for future submissions * Improving bid processes, templates and governance across the business * Ensuring submissions are compliant, professionally presented and delivered within deadlines * Supporting Directors with presentation materials and interview preparation where required * Analysing feedback from successful and unsuccessful bids to drive continuous improvement This is a strategic appointment, offering the opportunity to build structure, implement best practice and influence how the busines...
