New Directions Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to work in a small, outstanding primary school in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible and committed teacher who is confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, and who is passionate about delivering high-quality education in a close-knit school community.

The Role:
5. Teach across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, depending on school need and your strengths.
6. Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and National Curriculum.
7. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
8. Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
9. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
The Ideal Candidate:
10. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
11. Confident and flexible teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
12. Passionate about child-centred learning and high standards of teaching.
13. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
14. Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check and provide employment or academic references covering the last 5 years.
