We are recruiting for a Contract Director to join this fantastic contractor. You will be managing the catering aspects for an outstanding, commercially driven contract.
About the position:
The ideal candidate will come from a similar background within Contract Catering or retail. My client is looking for the best, and needs someone who has the right work ethic, great influencing skills, troubleshooting abilities, and is a motivator for their team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, quality-driven individual who is passionate about food and service.
There is a team of 30 to oversee and is a busy commercial operation spanning 5 retail outlets and busy hospitality, turning over circa £2.5 million.
The Successful Candidate:
* You will come from Contract Catering or retail with management experience
* Excellent client relationship skills
* Comfortable in a volume, quality catering environment
