The Lidl Construction Graduate programme rotates through our real estate and construction departments, teaching how we identify, acquire and deliver the best retail sites that define our customers’ shopping experience and drive the growth of one of the UK’s fastest growing retailers. You’ll gain real-world experience across planning, project management and operational excellence, developing skills to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive industry.

Location: You will need to live, or be ready to relocate, within a commutable distance from the Real Estate Office you apply to.
What you’ll do
* Develop construction expertise and management capabilities
* Spend time in our Retail, Logistics and Real Estate teams to gain well-rounded knowledge
* Learn how a rapidly growing retail business operates from the ground up
* Take on real project responsibility and make a tangible difference
* Work as part of a team and also independently on your sites
* Gain exposure to a national Real Estate team and understand the market inside-out
* Understand how a successful Real Estate operation works and the skills needed to thrive
What you’ll need
* A minimum 2:2 degree awarded in 2024, 2025 or 2026, but must be graduated by September 2026. A degree in Real Estate, Construction and/or Engineering is preferred but not essential
* Possession of a full UK driving licence by 1 February 2026
* Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis
* People-focused with energy, passion, resilience and adaptability
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Self-motivation and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment
* Desire to learn and develop new skills while challenging yourself
* Assertive and confident
* Live in or can commute within one hour of regional locations or Head Office
* Be able to attend the assessment day on 01.12.2025
