The Role

You’ll be joining a supportive, well-organised practice delivering high-quality small animal care to a loyal client base. This is a role with real clinical autonomy, a sensible caseload, and colleagues who back each other up.

Whether you’re an experienced vet or building confidence post-qualification, you’ll be encouraged to work to your strengths and develop areas that actually interest you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Consulting and performing routine surgery to a high standard
• Managing medical cases with confidence and care
• Working collaboratively with RVNs and support staff
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
• Maintaining excellent clinical and professional standards

What We’re Looking For

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Small animal experience (or the confidence to grow into it)
• A team-first mindset with a calm, professional approach
• Someone who values quality medicine and work–life balance
