Job Description
3. Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees in line with company policies and procedures.
4. Support recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding activities.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
6. Handle employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
7. Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems efficiently.
8. Coordinate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and performance.
9. Contribute to payroll administration and benefits management.
10. Support organisational change initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Time HR Advisor should have:
11. Previous experience in a similar HR advisory role within the FMCG industry.
12. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
