What You'll Do
As our Supply Planning Manager, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain operations-driving efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across our global network. You'll:
Lead supply planning across internal sites and 3rd party manufacturers
Own and evolve our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance
Oversee inventory strategies, product lifecycle planning, and ERP implementation
Mentor and lead a high-performing team of planners
Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
Drive continuous improvement in service, cost, and efficiency
Occasional global travel is required.
What You Bring
We're looking for a proactive, commercially savvy leader with:
5+ years in supply chain operations (planning, forecasting, inventory, 3PL, procurement)
Strong ERP and S&OP experience
Multi-country supply chain expertise
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
A degree or equivalent work experience
