Role
We have exciting vacancy for a Senior Recruitment Business Partner to join our Talent team at EG Group! The Senior Recruitment Business Partner will lead the delivery of a strategically aligned, commercially focused, and high-performing recruitment and onboarding function. Combining strategic workforce partnering with hands-on delivery, this role plays a key part in ensuring the organisation attracts, selects, and retains high-quality talent aligned to current and future business
needs.
You will lead and support Recruitment Business Partners to ensure a consistent, high-quality approach across all recruitment activity. Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide clear, practical advice on hiring decisions, workforce planning, and market insight, ensuring recruitment delivery is aligned to business priorities and future growth
plans.

What You’
* ll Be Doing
Leading the delivery of a commercially informed, solution-focused recruitment service aligned to business objectives and work
* force plans.Partnering with Heads of Department and senior leaders to shape recruitment strategy and provide expert guidance on inclusive hiring be
* st practice.Managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume, corporate, and senior hires up to C-suite level, including direct involvement in executive processes whe
* re required.Providing visible leadership, coaching, and development to Recruitment Business Partners to drive performance and
* capability.Executing effective attraction strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, LinkedIn, direct sourcing, and employer brandi
* ng activity.Overseeing onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and positive candidate
* experience.Monitoring recruitment KPIs, producing dashboards and Excel-based reporting, and using data insight to identify trends, risks, and continuous improvement op
* portunities.Ensuring recruitment governance, policy compliance, supplier management, and adherence to employment legislation and inclusive hiring
standards.

What We’

Significant in-house Talent Acquisition experience (8+ years), including leadership of recruitment teams within fast-paced, high-volum
* e environments.Proven end-to-end recruitment expertise across volume, corporate, and senior-level hiring
* up to C-suite.Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to align recruitment delivery to wider busin
* ess objectives.Demonstrable experience delivering measurable recruitment outcomes using data, dashboards, and advanced E
* xcel reporting.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally SuccessFactors or Workday) and recruitment marke
* ting platforms.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and provide constructive challenge a
* t senior level.Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and inclusive recruitment
* best practice.Resilient, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic oversight and han
