Exciting Job Opportunity: Hair and Beauty Tutor - SEMH (Doncaster)
Are you a passionate and dedicated educator looking to make a real difference? Leader Group, in collaboration with a leading Therapeutic Education Service provider, is thrilled to present a rewarding opportunity for a Vocational Studies Tutor specialising in Hair and Beauty.
Join us in supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs as part of a committed and compassionate team.
Role: Hair and Beauty Tutor - SEMH
Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £27,000 - £43,000 (Pro Rata, depending on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons to small groups or individual students.
* Prepare teaching materials and ensure the safe use of equipment.
* Foster confidence, independence, and a love for learning in students.
* Manage behaviour, mark work, and engage with parents/carers regarding progress.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in vocational subjects: Hair and Beauty
* A passionate approach to supporting students with SEND.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a SEND or similar environment.
* QTS/QTLS is advantageous.
