The Role:
* Support clients and workers over weekends as a key team member
* Handle incoming queries via phone, email, and Intercom
* Manage vendor management systems
* Use the Coople platform to ensure optimal coverage of client jobs over the weekend
* Assist with large staffing requests from key clients
* Gather feedback for platform and service improvements
* Onboard new users and help grow our worker pool
* Review worker profiles and experience, and manage recruitment tasks
* Support our Cooplers in reaching their goals and finding rewarding work
* Deliver excellent service to clients
* Collaborate with a Customer Support Coordinator for seamless service
* Coordinate handovers to keep the Operations team updated on client activities
Working pattern: Part-time, hours per week on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with specific hours to be arranged. Immediate start available. The role is remote, but attendance at our London office for training during the first weeks is preferred, with some sessions on weekdays.
Skills required:
* Experience in customer support, customer service, operations, or recruitment, ideally in tech or platform-based environments
* Experience in the hospitality sector
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proactive and solution-oriented, capable of multitasking
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience with vendor management systems and platform tools
* Effective collaboration skills
* Strong interpersonal and customer-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities over weekends
