About the Role:
This is more than just a teaching position; it's about fostering a curiosity-led approach to learning, incorporating nature forestry, and providing a stimulating environment for our young learners. You will play a key role in shaping the foundational learning of our students through creative, play-based methods.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.
Integrate forest school principles and outdoor exploration into daily activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents.Benefits:
