Your new role As Procurement Manager, you will lead strategic procurement activity across the FM and Property category. You will shape and deliver a long-term category strategy that aligns with business priorities, ESG commitments, and supplier diversity objectives. Key areas of focus pertain to: Leading complex, high-value procurement activity, including tenders, negotiations, and contract renewals; Embedding ESG priorities and supplier diversity principles into all sourcing activity; coaching and advising senior stakeholders and sharing market intelligence; Enhancing contract management and strengthening supplier relationship management; and Supporting the Procurement Director in driving best practice across the function. What you'll need to succeed You will have demonstrable strategic procurement experience with proven experience of managing a FM/Property category. With strong experience of category management and supplier relationship management methodologies, you will have a track record of building strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. With highly developed communication and influencing skills, you will have a self-motivated and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
