The Trainee Estate Agent will be taught how to carry out viewings and recognise new business opportunities, whilst upholding the principles and cultures of our company. You will follow up with potential buyers after viewings and take them through the offer process, manage customer relationships, as well as identifying and converting property buyers to sellers. Th is is a high-volume Estate Agent, with a very attractive commission structure. The successful candidate will have: Customer service skills and sales experience Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an amazing customer experience An interest in the local property markets and market trends Ambitious and motivated to succeed UK clean driving license Demonstratable qualities: Prioritising our customer needs (making every home move amazing!)
