Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Barista Supervisor to join our team working at Aerospace Boulevard, Farnborough, GU14 6XN
We are looking for a keen coffee enthusiast to lead their team to success on the daily, you will be required to make specialty hot drinks, taking charge of the day to day running of the shop alongside providing excellent customer service on the tills. You will be working alongside a fantastic team.

A day in the life of a Barista Supervisor:
* Supervising a small team and ensuring all daily tasks are delegated and all shifts run smoothly.
* Opening up / cashing up at the end of the day and securing the unit.
* Placing orders and light administration duties
* Making hot and cold drinks to spec – a fantastic way to show off your latte art skills or learn new ones.
* Operating the till, processing cash and card transactions, upselling products and sizes and providing excellent customer service to our customers.
* General cleaning of the unit, including sweeping/mopping the dining areas, rubbish disposal, general clean down of the unit and ensuring all designated cleaning tasks are complete.
* Stocking up and rotating stock daily, ensuring the unit stock is faced up throughout the day and dated correctly.
You will be set up for success if you have:
* Must be able to pass full security vetting and Enhanced DBS checks
* Previous supervisory experience is desirable
* Previous Barista experience
