Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages – Warehouse Operator
Location: Princes Gate, Narberth, Pembrokeshire
Salary: £30,838 per annum plus excellent companywide benefits
Shift: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights) | 6 Months Fixed Term Contract
Role Summary
The Princes Gate brand is part of the Nestlé Waters business. Nestlé Waters bottles healthy hydration from the source using advanced and sustainable techniques. What you’ll do
* Ensure that all Goods Inwards are unloaded and stored in the correct manner with the relevant paperwork checked before handing in at the main office.
* Ensure that all Goods Outwards are loaded correctly with paperwork checked, signed for, and handed in at the main office.
* Maintain knowledge of warehousing stock and scanning systems and ensure full compliance with the stock system.
* Communicate effectively with hauliers at the start and during the shift to coordinate booking in times.
* Keep the warehouse and outside yard clean and up to standard at all times.
* Maintain safe working practices and adhere to safety standards.
* Work effectively under pressure in a demanding production environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Maintain good working relationships with all team members and support the team as needed.
* Experience in a warehouse or physical logistics environment is desirable; training will be provided if needed.

* Self-motivated with energy and enthusiasm for the job.
* Able to work under pressure in a production setting.
* Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
* Experience with safety standards and warehouse operations is preferred.
