The Role
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal professional to lead on defect claims and complex construction contract matters. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice on contracts (NEC, JCT), manage dispute resolution processes, and support adjudication, arbitration, and court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and advise on defect claims and related litigation
* Draft and review construction contracts and legal documents
* Support dispute resolution including adjudication and court proceedings
* Provide guidance on procurement and contract law
* Deliver training and best practice advice to internal teams
Qualifications
You will have strong experience in construction law, 3+ PQE, and a practical, solutions-focused approach. Knowledge of public sector or housing is a plus.
