One of the fastest growing construction companies in Yorkshire needs an experienced quantity surveyor who is capable of running two to three projects at once. Experience in care homes is ideal but not essential.
The ideal, ambitious candidate will have the following skills and experience:
·Working on different contracts (JCT, traditional and NEC)
·Regional Builder Background or similar
·Buying/Procurement Experience
·Monthly Cost Reporting & Monitoring
·Thinking Surveyor not process driven
·Experience with projects including care homes, schools and industrial units is preferred but not essential
·Project Values £5m - £8m
·Degree Qualified or HNC minimum with relevant experience
