While you will be based by the coast, your reach will be national, staffing schools and colleges across the UK. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing top-tier teaching talent to building lasting partnerships with educational institutions nationwide.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day involves identifying and vetting teachers and support staff to meet the highest safeguarding standards. You will proactively grow our national network of primary schools, secondary schools, and colleges, ensuring they have the right staff to inspire the next generation.
