Overview
What will you be doing at Miniclip?
* Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office activities and services.
* Act as a first point of contact for employees’ enquiries, resolving routine issues and escalating when necessary.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring timely communication of itineraries and documentation.
* Assist the Office Manager in maintaining a clean, organised, and functional office environment, including oversight of cleaning and maintenance teams.
* Support the planning and delivery of office events, meetings, and celebrations, contributing creative ideas and helping coordinate logistics and materials.
* Manage and track office supplies, branded materials, and promotional items, maintaining accurate inventory and coordinating orders with vendors.
* Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing workstations, coordinating IT and facilities setup, and supporting orientation activities.
* Help ensure compliance with workplace safety, tidiness, and maintenance standards in collaboration with the Office Manager and Workplace team.
* Provide general administrative support including document handling, filing, scanning, and maintaining basic records and systems.
* Coordinate with IT support to maintain office systems and equipment such as printers, phones, and shared devices.
* Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee or company information.
* Support ad hoc requests and administrative projects as assigned by the Workplace Services or Office Management teams.
