Join Our Production Team – Luxury Packaging Technician (Early or Late Shifts)
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Luxury Packaging Technician.
This hands-on role focuses on the creation of high-quality, bespoke rigid boxes, primarily using printed materials. You'll work across machine operation, bench work, and finishing tasks to produce luxury packaging to exacting standards.
Two positions available – choose from either our early or late shift:
* Early Shift: 6:30am to 3:00pm
* Late Shift: 1:00pm to 9:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Construct bespoke rigid boxes using printed and board materials
* Set up and operate cutting machines for trimming and creasing
* Set up and operate wrapping equipment for applying printed wraps
* Carry out manual bench work including gluing, folding, and assembly
* Inspect finished boxes for quality and consistency
* Keep your work area clean, organised, and production-ready
* Follow schedules and supervisor instructions to meet deadlines
* Work collaboratively with the rest of the packaging team
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience in box making, packaging, print finishing, or similar craft-based manufacturing work (desirable)
* Basic understanding of cutting and wrapping equipment (training provided)
* Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
* Comfortable with repetitive manual work and adhesives
* Able to work independently or as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and focused on quality
Preferred:
* Background in luxury packaging or craft production
* Familiarity with rigid box construction methods and materials
