We now have an exciting role for a Customer Sites Co‑ordinator to join the friendly team at Balfour Beatty.
In the role of Customer Sites Co‑ordinator our key responsibilities will include:
* Ensure delivery of consistent services to meet the Service Levels and fulfil obligations in the Agreement
* Communications internally and to Balfour Beatty
* Legislative and Balfour Beatty Policy compliance
* Act as a point of contact for Balfour Beatty Damage and Loss
* Management of Damage and Loss information and Database
* Customer relationship management
* Provide accurate and timely reporting
