The Role
As a valued member of the Maths department, you will:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4.
* Plan creative activities that help students grasp complex mathematical ideas.
* Monitor and assess progress, providing supportive feedback to help every learner succeed.
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where confidence and curiosity thrive.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share strategies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum and genuine enthusiasm for the subject.
* Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3–KS4).
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Commitment to student achievement and personal development.
