Description
I am currently recruiting for a manufacturing/food and drinks client based in the Liverpool area who are looking for an Accounts Assistant/Manager, this would be a permanent position working a 37.5 hour working week. The position has become available due to a busy period of growth, this pivotal position would suit someone who is hands on and has a keen eye for detail. The key responsibilities are as follows:
* Assist in the production of management account
* Prepare weekly bank reconciliations
* Prepare month end journals
* Accruals and prepayments.
* Cash flow forecasts
* Prepare and submit monthly VAT Returns
* Payroll
* Supplier payment runs
* Employee expenses.
* Sales ledger maintenance and billing
* Assist year end preparation
