Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Avebury for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the holiday lets, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction, managing staff, and coordinating events. Responsibilities include managing bookings, supervising housekeeping, handling guest inquiries, maintaining the property, and liaising with local suppliers for produce deliveries.
Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality management, including managing staff and overseeing daily operations
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills for guest interactions and staff coordination
* Knowledge of event planning and execution
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Experience in managing bookings and customer service
* Basic knowledge of farm operations and local produce is a plus
