My client based in Leeds seeks a Branch Coordinator to join their team. This is a leadership role that requires someone with a minimum of 1 year experience working in Residential property.
Duties:
1. A client-facing role in a busy Oakwood sales office.
2. Responsible for promoting the company to generate increased revenue in line with targets set by the Line Manager, while maintaining excellent customer service.
3. Supporting the Branch Manager with administration, staff management, and motivation.
4. Respond promptly to customer requests to book Market Appraisal and/or viewing appointments and handle their enquiries to assist with their move.
5. Build direct customer relationships to promote and book appointments for our services.
6. Maximise cross-selling opportunities by identifying and recommending related services that generate revenue and enhance the customer experience.
7. Accurately record all information from telephone contacts in the databases.
8. Maintain professional and friendly relationships with all branches and departments.
9. Ensure all calls are answered promptly and efficiently.
10. Perform any other duties as required.
Experience:
1. Proven estate agency experience in a customer-focused environment.
2. Exceptional communication and administration skills, with a passion to help people move.
3. A passion for property and people.
4. Experience in estate agency or a customer service-driven sales environment.
5. Warm, friendly personality and willingness to learn new skills.
6. Enthusiastic, high-energy approach to work.
7. Attention to detail and high accuracy.
8. Good IT literacy.
9. Industry experience is essential.
