We’re looking for two Marketing Administrators to join our fast moving development marketing team. The role will manage all administration for development marketing effectively and will assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy in order to deliver against organisational objectives and sales targets.
If you have proven organisation and administration skills with excellent Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills and good understanding of social media, then this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for! Marketing experience or a keen interest in marketing would be very useful.
With effective time management skills and a proven ability to meet and balance short- and longer-term deadlines, you’ll produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
You’ll support the delivery of marketing collateral, reports, campaigns and promotions to ensure they are on schedule and within budget, meeting all deadlines, and work closely with colleagues across the organisation - especially design, external communications, development, sales and marketing teams. Utilising your good communication skills, both oral and written you’ll be able to tailor to a wide variety of audiences and will be confident with communicating with our suppliers.
You’ll have a proven ability and desire to learn from other colleagues and a proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. This is a really exciting team to be part of and we are looking for someone with very solid administration skills who is ambitious and will ensure the smooth day to day running of the team.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Manchester and London. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week. The Manchester-based role will be expected to be in London once a month.
