Associate / Senior Associate – Housing Management (Leeds, Hybrid Working)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Housing Management team at a leading national law firm in Leeds.

With extensive experience handling thousands of housing cases, the team is at the forefront of developments in housing regulation, legislation, and best practice. They are trusted to advise on challenging issues including tenancy termination, possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour, human rights and equality considerations, and the impact of insolvency processes on housing claims.
The Role
You will join a growing Leeds-based team, managing a varied and engaging caseload of housing management matters. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, supporting them in navigating an evolving legal and regulatory landscape while making a tangible impact on the communities they serve.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing housing litigation cases from inception through to resolution
* Advising on procedural and evidential issues
* Drafting correspondence and liaising with clients, opponents, and third parties
* Gathering and assessing evidence to support claims
* Instructing experts and counsel, and attending conferences where required
* Undertaking advocacy in the County Court
* Supervising and supporting paralegals, including oversight of hearing bundle preparation
Skills & Experience
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* Strong experience in housing management work
* Proven ability to manage a high-quality litigation caseload
* Experience in areas such as anti-social behaviour, residential possession claims, civil injunctions, and housing disrepair
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
* A proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded approach
