Description
* Coordinate and complete annual audits.
* Mentor and develop a team of junior accountants, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.
* Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
* Working as part of an established team dealing with Accounts/Taxation and some audits.
Profile
Successful Accountant should have:
1. A degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. Professional certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA) or part qualified and therefore qualified by experience.
