Salary: £47,754 - £49,764 Hours per week: 37 hours Interview date: to be confirmed following shortlisting Education and Skills - Building Bright Futures We have an opportunity for a Programme Manager to join our new Connect to Work supported employment programme introduced as part of the new National Connect to Work programme. As the Connect to Work Programme Manager you will have the overall responsibility for the delivery of the Connect to Work Programme across Swindon and Wiltshire. You will lead the development and delivery of the Programme, overseeing the delivery in both local authorities, ensuring its performance is of the highest quality and using data-driven approaches to ensure the participants in areas most in need are reached. As Programme Manager, you will lead the engagement of key stakeholders, ensuring that commitment to Supported Employment is maintained and that the Programme delivery expectations and milestones are met to improve outcomes for all participants. Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or have extensive demonstrable experience in a relevant field. You will hold a Level 5 management qualification and a professional project or programme delivery qualification (e.g. Prince2 and MSP), or significant relevant experience in project and programme methodology and delivery. To excel in this role extensive experience in a supported employment role, with excellent knowledge of inclusive recruitment, the employment system, national policies and the barriers faced by hard-to-reach groups will be required. Your talent in developing strong relationships, collaborative approaches, and engaging with a diverse range of external stakeholders, will also be essential.
